The 2005 MV Agusta F4 1000 Tamburini
is a tribute to Massimo Tamburini, one of the world's greatest motorcycle
designers. The limited edition MV of which only 300 bikes
were produced, was intended as the ultimate expression of Tamburini's vision
and MV Agusta's engineering prowess. Powered by a 998cc inline-four
the F4 1000 Tamburini produced a staggering 173bhp
allowing it to reach a top speed of over 180mph. The engine featured
radial valves and was paired with a sophisticated electronics package
including variable intake geometry and a slipper clutch, all which provided
unparalleled performance and control.
The F4 1000 Tamburini was a
showcase of advanced materials with extensive use of carbon fibre,
titanium, and magnesium, resulting in a lightweight and highly
responsive machine. The bike's design was nothing short of spectacular
with its distinctive underseat exhaust system, elegant curves and gorgeous paintwork. It also had meticulous
detailing, making the whole thing as much a work of art, as a
